trust me ladies, a man sometimes need his time alone. and when you do give him some time to be alone, where he can retreat into his man cave - "usually a tiny corner tucked in the house, or even the bathroom", and give him time to be alone for however long he wants, he will emerge from his time out and alone time, a happier man.
a happier man = a better lover
and admit it guys, much as you love your wife, or children, there are times where you feel emasculated. that's the time when you need to retreat to your man cave. where you are the World and you can do your silly manly dance, or do the manly roar, or beat your chest like you are the King of the Jungle.
and when you finally had your fill of manliness, emerge from your man cave and love your wife, love your children, love your family.
but get back to changing the diapers, and wash the dishes will ya.
